The countdown is on. Just a little more than twenty-four hours before the fundraising deadline and forty-eight hours before the actual run. Will we have more participants than last year?
This week I’ve been on a whirlwind tour of Toronto and Montreal. The purpose of the trip was to meet with other Heads of CAIS schools to strengthen existing relationships, to learn more about their organization’s best practices and to hear about their plans for the coming year.
I write to you this week during a short break in the action at Camp Kandalore, where we’re currently enjoying the third annual “Girls in the Wood” retreat. Mukluk (the camp dog) is sitting at my feet as I sit in the sun and take in the beauty of this place.
